A new year may signal “Out with the old, in with the new” to some, but here at SOC Energy/Service Oil Co., we’ll be doing what we’ve always done – creating satisfied customers!
Ever since Julius Aronson and his son Lewis. Raphael Aronson founded our company in 1922 the Aronson family has been proud to provide service excellence to our Harrisburg-area friends and neighbors. That’s something that should never change – no matter the year, the decade, or the century!
Our company certainly has changed since the Aronsons started their gasoline service station and began delivering kerosene back in the day …

We’ve added to our kerosene delivery heating oil, propane and commercial diesel fuel.

We install and services all types of heating and air conditioning equipment, including geothermal heat pumps.

We can even take care of your indoor air quality needs.
What hasn’t changed about our company, however, is our focus on YOU. As a family owned and operated business, we treat you like a member of the family. When the clock strikes twelve on New Year’s Day, many people sing the familiar song “Auld Lang Syne,” which translates into “for old times’ sake.” And even though SOC Energy/Service Oil Co. has been around for what will soon be 103 “Auld Lang Synes,” doing things “for old times’ sake” – like treating our customers the way they ought to be treated – is something that never goes out of style!
