Service Oil Company knows that purchasing heating, cooling and other home comfort equipment for your home or business is a big investment. That’s why we offer several payment options, including Six-Month Interest-Free Financing on select models. Choose the Option that is right for you.

CASH

Based on the Contract Agreement, total payment is due the day of the installation, prior to completion of the installation.

CREDIT CUSTOMER

Based on credit approval, a down payment of one-third of the Contract Agreement is due when the contract is signed. The balance is due within 30 days of completion of the installation.

INSTALLMENT PLAN

Based on credit approval, a payment plan of six monthly installments is available. This plan consists of one down payment due when the contract is signed, and five equal monthly payments thereafter. No interest will be charged if the terms of the agreement are met.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Service Oil Company is one of the approved Heating and Air Conditioning contractors for the PHFA (Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency), which offers the following programs:

• The Homeowners Energy Efficiency Loan Program (HEELP) offers loans between $1,000 and $10,000 for specific energy efficiency repairs at a fixed rate of one percent (1%) for ten years with no prepayment penalties.

• The Renovate and Repair Loan Program provides financing for homeowners to make renovations to improve the basic livability of their homes, as well as repairs to items affecting health, safety, energy efficiency, accessibility, and code violations.
