Heating Oil Equipment Service Plans
- The Basic Service Plan includes an annual cleaning and inspection of your oil-fired furnace or boiler.
- In addition, there is a 15% discount on parts and labor.
- The Deluxe Service Plan includes an annual cleaning and inspection of your oil-fired furnace or boiler.
- In addition, ALL available covered parts are repaired or replaced when worn out due to normal use at no additional charge.
- Plus, there is a 15% discount on uncovered parts and labor.
- The Oil-fired Water Heater Service Plan includes an annual cleaning and inspection of your oil-fired hot water heater.
- In addition, ALL covered parts are repaired or replaced free when worn out due to normal use.
- Plus there is a 15% discount on uncovered parts and labor.
Air Conditioner (A/C) Service Plans
- The Basic Air Conditioning Service Plan includes one (1) annual cleaning and inspection of your residential A/C System.
- In addition, there is a 15% discount on parts and labor.
Heat Pump Service Plans
- The Basic Heat Pump Service Plan includes two (2) annual cleanings and inspections of your residential Heat Pump System.

Propane Service Plans
- The Basic Propane Service Plan includes one annual cleaning and inspection upon customer request.
- In addition, there is a 15% discount on parts and labor.
- The Blanket Propane Service Plan includes one annual cleaning and inspection upon customer request.
- Repair or replacement of ALL parts & labor of your propane-fired heating system, when worn out due to normal use and readily available from normal sources of supply.
